Born from Tragedy. Driven by Purpose.

My name is Scott McKee and my wife and I live in Sugar Land, TX. We also have property In Kerrville, TX, and that is
where we intend to spend the rest of our lives, as soon as God sees fit. We travel there regularly, and July 4 th, 2025
started out as just another weekend at the ranch. On our way, our friends from Church kept texting Denise, saying the
Guadalupe was flooded and even sent some pictures. I told her that must be another section of the river, as the section
in the middle of town could never get that high. We have spent many a day along that same section of the Guadalupe
enjoying the hike and bike trail, strolling along as we normally feed the local deer camped alongside. But when we got in
to town, we were shocked to see the river barely beneath the bridge. Everything below was wiped out! It was hard to
process. We eventually made it to our property, which is about 15 miles south of town and at a much higher elevation.

Stories began to fill the news about the loss of life and devastation of the flood. We both wondered what had happened
and how we could help. Perhaps a week or two afterwards, as I heard stories of the break downs in the alert systems, it
dawned on me, “why doesn’t the river just tell on itself”? I mean, why do we need human intervention at all? I own a
refrigeration company and it seemed to me that many of the switches and components we use in ice machines could be
configured to create a system that would alert people in harm’s way without the need for someone to trigger it.

So, I came up with the Ark and Sentinel design. Inspired by God, we called it Noah’s Advanced Warning System. The idea
is quite simple. The Ark is tethered at a predetermined place in the river/body of water and allowed to float. But if and
when the river rises, the Ark reaches its maximum allowable height, but holes in the bottom will continue to take on
water. The water will then lift and release the Sentinels and allow them to flow in the rising tide, emitting a siren and a
verbal command, as well as flashing a strobing light. These Sentinels will also be designed to turn on smaller devices,
called Doves, in campsites, cabins and RVs as they travel pass by them. The number, size and frequency of the Sentinels
will depend upon many factors, but especially the size of the body of water.

We applied for a US patent and were awarded such on November 11, 2025 (just 2 months after filing). We have created
a new company and funded the trademarks and prototype development, but need assistance to further develop the
complete system. We are certain that whoever joins on this journey will undoubtedly be part of a new advanced
